If you wonder why it’s important to vote for the Oregon ERA on November 4, 2014, I urge you to go to www.VoteERA.org to learn WHY NOW.Then volunteer to help pass the Oregon ERA.

Not only are Governor John Kitzhaber and First Lady Cylvia Hayes supporting this amendment to Oregon’s constitution, so are former Oregon Supreme Court Justices.

Former Oregon Supreme Court Justices write and sign letter in support of ERA.

“We believe that passage of the Oregon ERA will acknowledge the contributions and importance of more than 50% of our citizens by finally providing women express recognition in our states more important document, its constitution.”

Written and signed by: Former Oregon Supreme Court Chief Justice Paul J. De Muniz

Signed by: Former Oregon Supreme Court Justice W. Michael Gillette,

Former Oregon Supreme Court Justice Richard William Riggs

and Former Oregon Supreme Court Justice George Van Hoomissen.

Oregon women and girls need equality guaranteed in our Constitution. The time is NOW, not next year or the year after, but NOW. Please volunteer, donate. And, be sure to vote in November (also, get your friends and families to vote). http://www.VoteERA.org
